Description:Tsurara is a Yuki-onna,she a  beautiful woman with long snow white hair  and blue lips.Her inhumanly pale or even transparent skin makes her blend into snowy landscape.She wears a white kimono and  despite her inhuman beauty, her eyes can strike terror into mortals.

Personality:Nice,kind,she can be a flirt when she wants to,also she can be really cold in the heat of battle.

Powers:can transform into a cloud of mist or snow if threatened.she is able to manipulate energy that can manifest as ice or freezing cold in her lungs in a way that allows her to shape the exhaling of ice and cold.she can also release ice/cold blasts that split into multiple fragments.

Also Velma just joined Deliverance gang not to long ago and she kind likes it, but she does not trust everyone yet since its still her first gang she ever joined.
